I believe we must have set the record, with the ‘For Sale’ going up at 3pm, the photographer coming at 4pm, the first inspection at 5pm, and us accepting a written offer at 5.45pm, with contracts exchanged the following morning!

I’m writing to commend you Karen on the level of service my husband and I experienced through you while purchasing our first home.
Over the past 3-4 months my husband and I have come close to buying a few places and have dealt with many real estate agents within this time. This was a very stressful time for us as we found a lot of agents unpleasant to deal with. We felt that unless we were paying top dollar for a place, agents were just playing games with us to increase the chance of a sale.
It wasn’t until my husband and I came along to look at a place with you, we were literally shocked, and we both walked away saying we wish we found a place to buy through her. The first time we met we not only felt that you were working for the vendor but that you were working for us as well. Although we were not interested in the place that you showed us through, you took the time to find out what we did and did not want in a home. You also said on our first meeting that “you wanted us to sell us a house we walked in and fell in love with”.
After much more searching we crossed paths again with you – again on a place I wasn’t really interested in again. A few more weeks went by and we decided that the place could be a good family home for us with a few modifications done. It wasn’t until we made an offer on the place, we realised the “feel” we got from dealing with Karen compared to other real estate agents was remarkably different. She was professional with our offer and was efficient in getting back to us. She was so professional in her manner, and so great to deal with, we are so happy we have bought a place through you as you have changed our experience from very stressful to a pleasant time for us both.
Both my husband and I know we will defiantly go through you for future real estate sales/purchases and we will highly commend you to all our family and friends as we are wrapped with the customer service we have received from you.

What fantastic and faultless service we had with Trent Pool in the sale of our property.
From the word go he was friendly, forthcoming and upfront, but most of all he was positive and enthusiastic about selling “our property”.
