We had Tom Sanderson as our real estate agent. As we were first home buyers our knowledge was very limited, however Tom has made that journey very comfortable and easy. Explained each and every step of the process, which is really appreciated. Apart from providing information and help on formal dealings; also helped us in a friendly way with his help and good communication. I’d like to take a moment to let you know how very much we’ve appreciated all that Tamara does in managing our three properties in Wodonga. As you’d recall, we’ve had some less than positive experiences in the past with property managers in the area. We also have an amazing manager who looks after our rental property in Perth and for many years, she’s been a really hard act to follow – she’s certainly set the benchmark very high.

Tamara has restored our confidence that there are good managers everywhere – you just need to be fortunate enough to find them! Her attention to detail and the level of care she shows in every aspect of my interaction with her is professional and of an outstanding quality.

I would just like to take a moment to compliment you on the professional and friendly service I have received from one of your team members in particular.

As a newcomer to the area (under less than ideal circumstances) and with a disability I am struggling to find a property that is suitable for me. None of the real estate agents seem to care that I have particular needs and keep directing me to their websites to find a property.

Until I came into contact with Janine Howard. Not only did she listen, understand and empathise with my situation (which is a tragic story in itself), she has gone the extra mile and is actively seeking me somewhere to live.

I cannot express how appreciative I am for this service and how impressed I am with her customer service. Even if I do not manage to obtain a property through your company I will never forget her professionalism and friendliness. All other companies are now being judged by the bar she has set.

I would like to convey my complete satisfaction when dealing with Angela Hunter during the recent purchase of my new house. An example of the excellent service which Angela provided is, as an outsider I flew in from Sydney and Angela met me and picked me up from the airport. From previous telephone conversations, she had already obtained information from me and as she was driving me around the local area, she pointed out the livability aspects, like shops, cafes, medical and leisure facilities to me. This information was very important to me because I did not know the area, my life is not just about living in a nice house, it is about the whole livability of a city. This was essential in the whole marketing. When Angela was presenting the house to me she did not point out the obvious, she allowed me to view the property at my own pace and appropriately answered any questions I had. After I returned home in Sydney Angela was available by phone, text or email to clarify issues or answer any questions that I had. The negotiation process was a breeze. She text me to convey what information was required in order to make an offer. Every aspect of the buying process went smoothly thanks to Angela’s efficiency and her amicable attitude.

It was a pleasure to transact with Jamie in selling our fathers home in Beechworth. On no occasion did we have to contact Jamie because he always attended to areas of the sale in a professionals and speedy manner.

Angela has been an absolute delight to have assisting me through the process of purchasing and selling real estate.

Initially I was purchasing and not selling my property until later on through the year, though due to a large hiccup my property had to go up for sale much earlier than I expected.

Angela did all the leg work and placed me in all the right directions for outside services, for my purchase and for the sale of my property.
