What a super star !!!
When Vicky and I decided to get an evaluation for our home we wanted to use a local real estate agent that was close to our home. When we rang the Professionals Wodonga, Michelle came around the same day, and rang back the next day with an estimate. I asked her if she was pulling my leg and Michelle replied no I’m in the business of selling houses not pulling legs. The other evaluations we had were way under Michelle’s and obviously within their comfort zone. Michelle went out on a limb for us even after her own colleague’s questioned her, to her credit she stuck to her guns and after only 1 open house 10 days later our home was sold. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, in what turned out to be a very complicated sale/purchase. The property was a deceased estate and Michelle had to with out of area vendor and solicitor, an irregularity in the purchase contracts and Crown land title issues. Michelle kept in touch with everyone even over the Christmas close down. Michelle worked tirelessly ensuring that everything went smoothly. Michelle is one of the few agents I have met that works just as hard for the purchaser as she does for the vendor, I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase property in the Albury/Wodonga area.

Communication with Brad was clear, concise and conducted in a professional manner. He was very well organised and all transactions were conducted in a timely and orderly fashion. Brad was easy to talk to, answered any questions and generally made negotiations simple and uncomplicated.
Negotiations were straightforward and easy. We were always kept in the loop and phone calls and messages were responded to promptly.
We were very happy with the marketing of our property. Brad was a good listener and took on board our wishes. He also had a clear knowledge of the local market and was able to attract the right clientele to this sale.
Brad estimated a realistic price based on his knowledge of the market and we were very fortunate to get the price that we wanted. The marketing time frame was good and we were very thrilled to be able to sell at our first inspection.

Brad, you might recall that when I first met with you some three months ago you were convinced that my property is saleable …
I was disheartened as i had previously had the listing with two other agencies with no success.
I truly believe that a successful salesperson should work hard to know his product, market it properly to the “right” buyer and then even work harder on (or with) the property and the buyer until the deal is sealed.
My property was in a high price bracket for the Wodonga market which meant that you worked hard with Simmonds staff on the floor, with Simmonds maintenance guys (who eventually will be responsible for converting the display house into a residential house) and also with buyers trying to answer all their questions and satisfy their concerns.
As I mentioned earlier , you were the third agent that I listed with, trying to achieve the sale … I mentioned to you from the start that I will not interfere with your work but I am after a result .. you accepted … and you delivered and for that I thank you.
I hope we deal again in future sales and /or purchases.
