About Tayla
We’re pleased to welcome Tayla Bownds to the team at Professionals Wodonga.
Tayla joins us as a Property Manager, bringing experience across both the Victorian and New South Wales rental markets, and a strong understanding of legislation and processes on both sides of the border. She is committed to providing a high level of support to both our new and existing clients.
Starting her career as a Leasing Consultant, Tayla developed strong skills in tenant selection and leasing, building a reputation for understanding clients’ needs and matching them with the right properties. She now applies that same practical, people-focused approach to her role in property management.
Tayla focuses on clear communication, attention to detail, and keeping things running smoothly, from leasing and maintenance through to compliance and ongoing tenancy management. She is reliable, easy to deal with, and focused on delivering consistent results.
Having recently purchased and renovated her own home with her partner, Tayla also brings a practical understanding of property ownership. Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying a coffee at Piccolo Pod in Wodonga with her dachshund, Nigel.
